Oh... the undeniable 70s sex appeal!
I just bumped into this Vogue editorial in Brazil on 1973 and had to share with you!
This is Copacabana beach
Most of the urban spaces have this flooring, we called it "Portuguese rocks" and they have iconic geometric patterns...
Tropical forest are so pretty, don't you think?
On the left it is Brasilia, the capital of Brazil and where I was born! On the right it is Salvador, Bahia.
Oh... Samba schools - you must visit them if you ever in Brazil!
Salvador, Bahia - the cradle of Brazilian civilization
Rio de Janeiro... no words to describe this Marvelous City...
...and its fabulous lifestyle and breath taking views!
Itamaraty's Palace designed by famous brazilian architect Oscar Niemeyer
And why do I love the 70s so much?
The cut of the dresses and suits, the bold patterns, the pleats, the fur, the caftans, the cardigans, the sequins, the make up, the hats, the hair dos, the sunglasses - what is not to love? Oh have I mentioned Lurex - my ultimate favorite fabric EVER?
If I could go back in time... there is no doubt that I would go straight to the 70s to shop! I am actually putting together a post about my mom's wardrobe, gosh she had the coolest style ever and I only wish she had never given away any of her clothes... Lucky for me she kept some of them and I now proudly hang those precious pieces in my closet!
What is your take on 70s fashion? What about its decor?
I am so obsessed about the 70s that my dream home would be a house that was built and decorated around the 70s and that has been completely untouched since then. I guess that is my kinda of blank canvas! (But a Moroccan castle would also do!)
ps: Friends sorry I haven't blog or visit you as often as I want you, but I have been crazy busy designing my Textile collection and adding finishing touches to launch my online store - I will tell you all about it soon, very exciting and very 70s inspired!

Wow ... It looks like so many things are making a come back today!
