Bold colors on fall - why not?

Fall has arrived and it is amazing to me to witness everything change... the temperature, the trees, the sky... but most impressive our choice on colors. Although some stores continue to sell bright colors overall people tend to choose browns and greys as it is some type of fall uniform. I like those tones but what is the problem with color? Growing up in Rio de Janeiro we do not see the change between seasons and we practically experience summer all year long, so I guess that is why I can't seem to adapt to the transition of shades on outfits and make up. So I just want to use todays' post to humbly celebrate color and specially celebrate those whom against all the odds wear whatever color they feel like.


Maybe it is just me ... but to remind myself of my favorite colors and to bring some warmess to those grey days I decided to post one of my favorite fashion shows ever: the Dior Hauter Couture Fall 2010. Would you go for those colors on autumn?
